Love the story

Really wish they would have used the male narrator from the first book. Teddy Hamilton makes all the women characters sound the same and irritating. Ruins the book.

Love this series

Characters, storylines, and suspense is well done. I also like that they are just a bit shorter of a listen. Just something easy for a bit.

A Family Bond

I absolutly love the balance between this hot steamy romance and the amazing, never ending on-going thrilling action throughout this book!

Love Colton And Macy

Great story …good narration but I wish Teddy Hamilton would always do Colt’s voice…that would have made it better.

Very entertaining story and performance

This book has great characters, a great family of characters, mystery, action, and a happy ending. Those are all the things I love in a book. It's fast paced and flows well. The performance was good. Very entertaining!!

Grumpy/Sunshine story with lots of action!

This is the second story about the Fury brothers. This one features Colt and his office manager. He’s been attracted to her for a while, but refuses to act on it because much of his focus goes to his daughter and his job as a bounty hunter. He doesn’t think he has time for anything serious, so he’s become an expert at casual and no strings. Macy dated a guy in LA who ended up stalking her when she broke things off. Afterwards, she moved to New Orleans, and started working for Colt. She’s definitely attracted to him, but is on a relationship hiatus because of her former stalker. With these two protagonists both so reluctant, it’s been relatively easy to avoid each other. However, it’s getting harder now. And criminals keep committing crimes, so sometimes Colt is in danger.

This story is set up beautifully, and there are so many well-researched details conveyed in the telling. This author lives in Australia, so it’s always amazing to me how she gets it right with the details of places that are on the other side of the world from her. The story moves forward rapidly and has a perfect amount of tension. This is an enjoyable read from start to finish.

The audiobook is especially well-done! The narrators (Teddy Hamilton and Callie Dalton) make the characters come alive in a believable way. The production quality is top-notch and there aren’t any noticeable mistakes in the telling. Just saying…the cover to this audiobook is HAWT!!

Mine for keeps!!

This is a great continuation of the Fury brothers series! I loved the banter and chemistry between Macy and Colt! Colts’ protectiveness, fierce determination and gooey insides made him one heck of an alpha male. Macy’s sweetness, optimism and resilience makes her the perfect complement for Colt and his daughter Daisy. Teddy Hamilton and Callie Dalton perfectly performed the characters. I look forward to more of this series!!

Great story! Awesome narration! I love being in the world of Fury. Can’t wait for the next brother’s story!

The Colton and Macy slow burn finally combusts! I knew it was coming after book 1 when Macy clearly had made it her mission to annoy the perpetually grumpy Colt... and of course as predicted when Macy is in danger Colt's control snaps at keeping his distance and the uber protective alpha comes out, making heads spin. They still try to fight the attraction but of course they fail and things heat up. And adding cute little Daisy in for the sweet Colton to come out in Dad mode...how could Macy truly resist? Fast-paced, action-packed, danger laden, and full of edge of your seat suspense to keep you engaged, it is another great story from Anna Hackett with terrific narration from Teddy Hamilton and Callie Dalton.

Big fan

I love Annie Hackett style of writing. I love how she introduces new characters as the stories progress I will never be one of those folks tell you what’s happening in the story that’s for you to either listen to or read and enjoy.
