But then she disappears. Now I’m spiraling through a haze of “what ifs.” Did I just let the most remarkable woman slip through my fingers?

great narrative. lovely story full of heart. mild on the spice but still worth a read.

Enjoyable listen

A sweet story. The auntie story was a bit much in the middle, but it wrapped up nicely. Narration was good, but both their accents as auntie and the neighbor were not great. Great steamy scenes. Holy cupcake!! 🔥🔥🔥 Both characters were likable. I liked the epilogue.

Super enjoyable! The writing, storyline, and dialogue are all excellent and make up feel like you’re in the book with them living the story! The narration is fantastic - as you would expect with these two! Just a really great book, highly recommend!

...worth a credit/purchase! I fell in love with every single main character in this book. Aunty Eleanor was magnifique, neighbor Haddy was hysterical and the two main characters brought it home in the best HEA. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommend!⚡️

The first book was great so expectations were high on this one. And it was just not that good. I am a fan of Jason Clarke from a ton of other books but on this one his voice was just super whiny. The storyline was mediocre at best.

Only read if you are young.

I was enjoying this book until the author portrayed the 66 year old aunt as elderly, feeble and dying. I am 66 and run a thriving company with five thousand customers grossing 1.8 mil last year and employing many associates and sub contractors. I was totally offended by Jolie Day portraying a 66 year old in this way. Jolie, I hope that you are not feeble and dying at 66.
