Vegan Propaganda
Very unscientific, extremely opinionated, vegan propaganda. He spends way too much time arguing that Neanderthals didn’t eat meat because they don’t have claws. Randomly throws in real bone research that says cave men ate 40% protein (moderate intake). Then makes the conclusion that the lack of claws is the best evidence that cave men were vegetarians. Very biased book.

Informative book, but consume with a grain of salt
Informative book, but consume with a grain of salt. While Dr Friedman knows his subject very well, I am very skeptical of anyone who tries to, even indirectly as is the case in this book, to promote holistic supplements. This isn’t the point of the book, but one of the examples that I’d take with a huge chuck of salt. However, I would still recommend the book to friends.

Omg. Mind. Blown.
I was a skeptic at first. I enjoy meat and am not a huge fan of the whole vegan vegetarian extremist trend. However, the book provides amazing details of studies and history and explains where certain "healthy" foods got their boost and whom those studies where funded by. This blew my mind. I am now reconsidering everything I knew about everything but with a clear idea on how that should look and WHY.
Thank you so much to the authors for sharing just amazing knowledge.
I will not discard eating meat or the occasional popcorn or cows milk but I'll certainly think twice about it and do some severe portion control.
Nature is our medicine. And this cannot be clearer.

First he spends an inordinate amount of time talking about what he is going to be talking about. Then he goes into elaborate detail of how scientific studies contradict each other. Bottom line: don't eat meat and dairy. *yawn*

SCAM!!!! BS Don't waste your money/Credits
The Narrator was fine my issue is with the text. The book immediately sounds like a scam from the get go. The author says you can heal diseases by eating correctly. They also say they'll teach you to "follow the money" behind studies done by scientists.
Basically the author is saying you should only listen to them because everyone else is in a secret conspiracy.

Good eating
I’ve tried to educate myself about healthy eating for several years. A friend introduced me to this book. Wow I was blown out of the water by the information I learned. Some I’d already begin to put into practice but I learned so much about eating to keep my body healthy. I book by a vegan pretending to be diet expert
At the point he said , cave men were vegetarian, I knew this book was not for me , but I kept listening and he said ketones were toxic, milk was poison. I had to switch the book of so I will never know the end .

Sadly, this book is fad and fiction
Author makes some bold claims about nutrition and assists himself with some scientific work which on several occasions have been retracted. This book needs solid scientific review and I'm guessing would never pass. I got really suspicious when author claimed pasteurization of milk prevents calcium absorption. Curious started to search for any research which would prove such thesis - found numerous papers which claim otherwise, none of the reputable sources appears to confirm authors claims. Very disappointed in this publication.

Obviously a Vegan
I’ve read a lot of books on diets and this guy as most has accumulated the information that best suits his beliefs in nutrition. I found it got very annoying after a few chapters.
Everything is bad for you unless is fruit and vegetables. He would have you move to remote location and live of the land in your straw huts.

Hyperbolic with poor use of statistics
