Don't change narrators

If you could sum up Thug Matrimony in three words, what would they be?

Cary Hite tells the story the way it should be told. I wish they wouldn't change up on the narration. This Soozie Cheyenne can't tell the story.. Over all the story was all the same but would have been more interesting with that of Cary Hite or Honey Jones, period the end!!!

Love the story, Hate the narrarator

Would you listen to Thug Matrimony again? Why?

No. I don't like that Patricia Floyd makes the disgusting smacking wet noises when she talks. She has a nice voice if you can stand the smacking noises.

How could the performance have been better?

Maybe edit out the wet noises the narrator makes

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes ! I Love the story. I have all of the books in the series.

I need a Santos man

If you could sum up Thug Matrimony in three words, what would they be?

Pasionate, explosive and entertaining

What other book might you compare Thug Matrimony to and why?

This book was as good as book 1 in the series. The pace was intense at times. The characters were passionate, funny and loyal..

Which scene was your favorite?

Angel checking Kaylin at the home of his son's mother.

Who was the most memorable character of Thug Matrimony and why?

It was a tie between Snake, Angel and Kaylin. Snake brought the drama. Kaylin brought realness to it and Angel checked them both.

Any additional comments?

I was a bit hesitant to read the story narrated by a female after the performance by the narrator in Thug Lovin. The performance changed the tone and feel of the story and characters. The delivery had me struggling to complete the listen. But, Soozi Cheyenne did not disappoint in this installment. I am a fan of her work and she brought her special something to this book. The ONLY thing that would have made this better is if Cary Hite or Mr. Gates co-narrated with her.
