Always The One Left Out

I couldn't tell the narrator switched up, I was so in love with Genevieve Swallow's characterization in the story.
Jane Fallon storyline was mediocre however the narrator keep my attention to the very very interesting twist of an ending. I don't want to give it away however my title kinda does? smile

Mediocre

Really didn't enjoy the narration. Some of the inflection on the sentences was on the wrong words which I found frustrating.
Story was Mediocre.

Poor start but got a lot better

Very poor start, the first 15 chapters are slow and boring. Stopped and restarting twice
After the first third the book got much better and resulted in a good book that was difficult to put down!
Enjoyable

Great Story

What made the experience of listening to Strictly Between Us the most enjoyable?

Great story but my goodness was Bea on half speed? So irritating! The pausing and extra pronunciation on some words and starts of sentences is really annoying!!!

The Tamsin character is fab and read really well. I have read several of Jane Fallon's books and this one is up there with the best

Which character – as performed by Antonia Beamish and Genevieve Swallow – was your favourite?

Tamsin definitely, Bea was read really badly, just hard to listen to with the drawn out starts of sentences I would avoid any book she is performing.
