The thing that got my attention is the “10 minutes” title. I mean; come on, 10 minutes? Really?

Not only does this author address the time you are investing Into this plan each day in the book,, but you almost feel like you’ve read the book (listen to book in my case) in 10 minutes! He was really concise and digesting this information went by fast...

If you’re concerned about your health you’re thinking about: “what you are eating, what you’re not eating, what you haven’t taken time to go to the grocery store and get, what you’re about to do to your body (or have done to your body) with that fast food” ALL DAY LONG!

You think to yourself: “ I need to change, I will fix it as soon as I finish this and can slow down.” Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
