I enjoyed the listen.

I like the style and rigorous adherence to weighing claims against scientific research. Also the approach toward eating responsibly regarding quantity with quality and variety incorporated when not fasting makes sense without adhering to endless lists.I feel that this is doable by any healthy adult. Fasting will be a way of life for me from now on. Thank you..

Great Info

This book will help you get started and also dispelled the many myths about fasting. I found that it eliminated cravings and produced weight loss without the raging hunger that I have previously experienced on other plans. I feel better. More energy and mental clarity in addition to weight loss easily.

Great advice.

This is a great audio book to learn how to do intermittent fasting. Cuts to the information you need and explains so you can understand it. Other books have more detail but this one lets you get started with knowledge. If you’re considering intermittent fasting or a one meal a day lifestyle, I highly recommend this book.

Great audio book. Explains everything great and easily understandable. I am doing my first fast because of how clear and instructive the book is. Clear, sensible, helpful...cut through the hype and frenzy surrounding weight loss. Fasts works well for me, easier than cutting back plus I like the less-understood health benefits. Excellent book.

Excellent book. this book and think that fasting is a good way to ‘cleanse’ and get healthy the right way. I sense the need for discipline whenever I get into the fasting habit and see that it’s slowly beginning to work in my life as well. Highly recommend this book.

Amazing book

Doing this is one of the methods that you can use with intermittent fasting. it is simple and still allows you to eat. but when you try to put all your calories into just a few meals a day, you are naturally going to eat less, while still feeling full.

Must read for any fasters!

Must buy!

Fasting is tough and challenging. This audio book is an eye opener, gives lots of info about the benefits of intermittent fasting. I am still working on it, it's hard to let go of bad habits but I keep reading over and over again from this book and hope to change my eating habits. Looking forward to continuing through the week.
