Would you consider the audio edition of Fall Asleep Fast to be better than the print version?

Since you can't really read yourself to sleep, it's better to have the audio version.

It consisted of one meditation that had me asleep in a decent amount of time.

I liked the meditation, it was easy to follow. Also liked the background music, which was a nice touch. It's a straightforward meditation that lulls you to bed.

I use this Audible every night. Without fail this audible book puts me to sleep and keeps me asleep all night long. Sometimes I wake up when it is almost finished and go back a chapter or two so I can get a few extra hours of sleep. It works wonderful.
