She's tempted by the flame and the one man who can give it to her, now she just has to convince him she wants it and...his child.
Braelyn has been sent to the Earth realm for one purpose. Her lord and Master, Bile wants the final member of Camulos's family tied to him, wanting warriors with Flannery Baghadur's blood. Proven in battle, the God of War's youngest son is undefeated. So she's been charged with seducing Flannery and not to return until she's carrying his child. It should be easy right? He even shares the same kink as her but as a Banshee, for her to become pregnant, she has to sing her mating song and no human has ever survived the mating call of a Banshee.
Flannery is pisssed when the long blonde haired woman appears on his doorstep in the deep of the night. Despite being aroused by the banshee, he knows what Bile wants and he'll be damned if he'll give him it. Besides even if the sexy Braelyn could handle his particular fetish and he did end up impregnating her, he'd do anything, even TrueMate her, to keep her and his unborn child at his side.
I could never get into the story. I don't know what it was about, what was really going on, or what the point was. I was totally confused and so very uninterested and repeating parts to figure out what the what, and this was just 30 minutes into the story. So I figured life is too short and just gave up trying to figure the book out or trying to finish it. It's bad. Adding to the confusion was the lack of clarification between what was being thought and what was being verbalized. I didn't hate the book, but I really disliked the 30 minutes I listened to. Nothing sexual happened in those 30 minutes, which may be a good thing because maybe that means that the story--though erotica--is not just sex. I hope so should someone else choose to buy it and can actually finish this story.
