I am the Shadows…

Reborn from the dark, with a great purpose thrust upon me. I must embrace my destiny and the legacy of power I’ve been given or the world could fall into chaos.

My dark angel. The voice that’s haunted me since I was a child. My protector. My mate.

Together we must fight and keep an old evil from corrupting the world.

Will I be able to control these powers, or will they control me?

Can we defeat the ultimate evil with our bond intact?

paranormal romance

The writer brings you into the world of paranormal. Archangels, demons and vampires. Good versus evil. Vincent is trying to keep Lorelie safe from the syndicate. The connection between Vincent and Lorelei is spiritual, psychic and sexually intense. This triolgy grabbed me from the start.
Lots of questions, some are slowly unraveling as it progresses.
Sarah. Pickett and Tim Page are excellent vocal performers. Wow, they really brought this story to life! Every emotion, every voice , every character was perfection!

Wonderful story

Such a wonderfully written plot. Loved ALL the characters.
The narration was great. I also appreciated that last novella to let is know what was happening with the couple and their family. Seems like there could be other books later.

Thrilling story and characters!

Wonderful full fledged story! I love that while this follows two main characters there is also a large cast of secondary ones. And guess what? Others get their HEA also! That is just great! The story is full of action, suspense, drama and surprises that easily kept me interested in these stories. The characters changed and grew throughout the whole series.

I listened to this on audio. Sarah Puckett and Tim Paige did and amazing job on the narration. They had a plethora of characters to portray and it was well done.

Loved This Trilogy

INTO THE SHADOWS

This series has such a fun and interesting storyline and I'm absolutely loving it. I this first book we seem to be getting more of a backstory and the groundwork, but I'm expecting a lot of action and spice in books two and three.

Sarah Puckett and Time Paige did such a fabulous job narrating the audiobook. I especially love Sarah Puckett, her Lorelei is just so good.

The fated mates trope is going to be a fun one in this one, with Vincent being practically ancient and seemingly still wary around her even now that she's more than old enough for him. I'm loving how he softened up and gives her the sweetest kisses towards the end. And his possessiveness is so hot.

The cliffhanger was a good one, I'm excited to dive right into book two.

I'm continuing to love this story. The world building is so interesting and I'm loving not only the main characters, but the side ones too. I was hoping for more spice, but I'm coming to terms with it and just enjoying the ride. I am just used to her why choose series, which I suppose usually have more. Thankfully what spice we get is A1.

Again, Sarah Puckett and Tim Paige are just great with these characters. I love them both to pieces, especially Sarah's Lorelei and Tim's Vincent. I'm excited to keep listening to them.

The story is developing really well as we get more glimpses into Lorelei's past and getting to know some bits about her father. It's been a fun ride and I can't wait for more.

EMBRACE THE SHADOWS

What a great conclusion to the Shadows Ascending trilogy. I had such a great time listening to this one, Sarah Puckett and Tim Paige were just great. And I loved how it all ended up. The action, spice and intrigue were all there and I devoured this whole series in just a few days.

I continued to love Lorelei and Vincent so much. These two had amazing chemistry and could have taken on anything in the world together. I also really loved Nicolai and his mate, I'm actually hoping that maybe we'll get to see them with their own story someday, or maybe just a fun novella? I don't know, I just need more. The bad guys were so bad and I loved watching them get what was coming to them. And Lorelei's parents and their past were so great to learn about.

I really loved this series and was so happy we got a nice long epilogue for them, especially since they visited my favorite people in Snow Falls, Montana. I'll definitely be listening to this one again.

Shadows Ascending Trilogy

Well, this was a very interesting story. it's about a girl that has the power of a strong Ark angel and a strong Nephilim. she ends up losing her mother at the age of 9, she is raised by foster ppl until she gets adopted by a friend of her uncle. everyone is trying to keep her safe because she is the key to saving the world. she ends up coming into her powers and now she has to fight, but along the way, she finds her mate, and she is no longer alone in the fight for good and evil. but she does go through a lot of pain and suffering along the way. but that just only makes her stronger. so much goes on in this book, but the way it's written is so good. and let's not forget how amazing our narrators did in bringing the characters to life. good job guys. I give it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ baby. I do hope we get more though. I want the updates on their children. I know you guys are with me on that.

The love between Vincent and Lorelei was 🔥🔥🔥

This was an enjoyable paranormal romance trilogy that had some amazing leading characters and fun and amusing side characters. I loved Lorelei and her love with Vincent was swoonworthy, even if he needed some reality checks more than once haha. I enjoyed how things developed throughout the book, things weren’t rushed, how there was a lot of push and pulls, and even some pretty funny moments. I enjoyed Lorelei’s lack of a filter with certain people 🤣.

We get many different supernaturals and hybrids (this had me kinda lost) and we had a bunch of older side characters, some of legends (also had me confused a bit while listening, I think I would have been fine reading their names and remembering who was who). I liked seeing mating bonds figured out, I felt bad for some who don’t have mates yet, and I enjoyed the found family some of these characters made over the years. The emotion you could feel when some were kidnapped and tortured was palpable. I felt for Lorelei when a big part of her life was revealed and how hurt she was made my heart ache. I wanted to be angry on her behalf but I appreciated how things were handled and I wanted to see more of all of them as a family. I mentioned this on book 3’s individual review, but I would love to read a story about her parents and how things happened. Also, Nick and his mate’s novella would be fun!

Narration for this audiobook was great, I could feel and imagine their pain, their love, their happiness, their fear, etc. I had listened to Sarah previously and enjoyed her perspectives/tones, and. was surprised but Tim. I hadn’t listened to him before and I know I will listen to him more in the future! I liked the love story of Lorelei and Vincent and these two did a great job bringing it to life.

Great trilogy

This complete trilogy drew me in from beginning to end! I absolutely enjoyed Lorelai and Vincent’s story. I liked the strength of both characters individually and as a power couple. The chemistry and banter was entertaining. I loved the found family aspect. Such a fun bunch.

Sarah Puckett and Tim Paige did an outstanding job narrating.

Eh, just eh!

Come on this truly is a huge mistake.. have two paid narrators and can’t be bothered to have the male voice DO ALL MALE VOICES! Have a female also but can’t find the brain cell to have her read all the female parts! Why is this such and big issue with these types of books! From now on one narrator.. I give up on the “two” because it’s never DONE RIGHT! I like the story but can’t get past this issue. And these people leaving reviews Never mentioned this HUGE ISSUE! Just blah a blah special I get to leave a review.. 😑
