This is a very peaceful meditation that I fully enjoyed. Wonderful and calming narration with some simple but great techniques that can be used even when not meditating. Love the message, love the mindfulness practices and love the voice.

Rip off

Every chapter repeats the exact same thing. a few minutes of guided meditation and then just rain sounds as filler. Don't waste a credit on this
