From the character interactions that made me want to pull out my hair in frustration to the genuine a-ha moments when things began to click, I was hooked. Following recent widow Nina, mourning daughter Ash, and neglected wife and mom Martha, Don’t Let Him In explores the complexities of these women's relationship with a man that turns out very wrong. Not only do they learn they shouldn't have let him in, it might be too late to avoid what may come crashing down on them. I had almost visceral reactions to the lies told, stories believed, actions ignored. Great voices in the performance, but I had to skip the middle 3 1/2 hours because the main character was soooo grating.

I love the way this story includes the narrative of the villain. The author brilliantly tells the stories of numerous women and weaves them all together drip by drip.
This is a long book which I was extremely pleased about- I didn't want it to end and I shorted myself many many hours of sleep.
Fantastic- highly recommend!
