Must read/listen

I’m currently dealing with a separation from my narcissistic ex-fiancé. This has taught me how to handle him while going through the separation and custody battle. I will definitely be using what I’ve learned today moving forward to not only help my 3 year old daughter through this process, but also help myself and heal from this. Thank you 🙏

Good Overview

This book does a good job of providing a general overview of life with a narcissist, whether it be a spouse, relative, or co-worker. Basic tactics are presented and discussed. This is a good resource for someone just getting started on their research of the topic. It provides a good jumping off point to help one form questions for digging deeper into the specifics of their personal circumstances.

The points made through the book tell exactly what to look out for and explain just what you need to know to recognize the signs and how to escape out from under! Being a victim of narcissistic abuse myself I found myself having aha moments the entire time! Great listen!

Great Details On Narcissism

This book goes into great detail into what narcissism is, how to handle narcissistic people, and how to identify them. Before I read this book, I just thought that a narcissistic person was just someone who is arrogant and only thinks about him or herself. Boy was I wrong. It’s actually a mental health disorder and this book was eye opening. Strongly recommend!

Recover your identity after narcissism

Growing up in a household where one of your parent's have narcissistic tendencies, you take a lot of trauma and baggage with you when you get out from under their wing and go into the real world. This book helped me understand how to do that, and it validated my experience and I finally felt understood for the first time. I highly recommend this book!
