I loved this book. what I liked best the the very fine line that Jackson holds between authority and tenderness. Now add in Lydia and her stubborn streak from loneliness and you have a combustible couple. I recieved this book for free in exchange for a honest review, and honestly this book was so dang good. So if extra bossy men are your thing then get this book. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did. Happy reading!

More realism

I find these stories more enjoyable when a woman is reading.A man is hard pressed to simulate a female voice.

Great entertainment

Overall I found it was a pretty good plot with plenty of steam but still had a plot to it.
The narrator did a reasonable job of bring the book alive

More D/s Than Daddy...

Meh. Lydia and Jackson's story is ok - I don't know all the nuances of daddy kink, but this came off more as D/s than daddy and little girl. I did appreciate that Lydia did show a good character arc, even in the short amount of time allotted in the story. I also appreciated that she did not buck against the dominance that Jackson showed, but recognized it as something that she wanted. I have no real qualms with the story, I just didn't feel the emotional attachment to the characters that I need to thoroughly enjoy and be invested in the story. There are also portions of the narration when the sound quality was obviously less than others and that detracted a bit from the listening experience. 3 out of 5 wine glasses.

I enjoyed listening to this story. The Narrator gave a great and clear narration. It was filled with tension, strong willed emotions as well as naughtiness on Lydia part. I found myself laughing at times with both of them.

It was okay

I cannot tell if what the problem was with the book...if it was the narration that just didn’t fit the story or if it was the storyline. I felt like if it was one or the other, I may have liked it so much more. That’s why I gave it an overall 4, but scored the other two has 3’s
