What a fantastic resource. I'm grateful that I have this audiobook since it has helped me improve my abilities and perform the workouts that will make me a great player in the future. This audiobook also aids in maintaining a balanced diet and an active lifestyle. Baseball is one of my favourite sports, and I've always aspired to excel at it. I honestly has never been interested in baseball until my nephew read this book and I took it up. The pointers in this book are the same ones I use as a guidance counselor. Mental toughness is what will get you to any height you want to reach. The author emphasizes that we need to develop this and then this will shift our mindset so we can be successful in sports, academics, or anything. I shared this book with coworkers and it was well received.

This audiobook has a wealth of information geared toward helping all athletes. It provides guidance in every aspect of training and building confidence. The menus and recipes seem easy to follow and nutritious with all nutrition information included. I was particularly interested in the chapter on meditation and how it can help lessen anxiety, break bad habits, and even help with weight loss. There is even a section dedicated to the best types of meditation activities for baseball and how to perform them

It is greatly-written
I have always been obsessed with baseball and joined the campus baseball team at school. My teammates were great at baseball and I learned a lot from them. Also, I improved my baseball by watching instructional videos, watching games live, and other sources. I chose this book because it contains many secrets and tips used by professional baseball players and coaches. It helps me start a structured program that will help me develop strength, mobility, nutrition, and mental toughness. This book has been great for me. It taught me that proper diet and hard training are the keys to success. Also mental toughness plays an important role, which I can gain through the meditation and visualization techniques taught in this book. With theoretical learning plus practical practice, I think I will be able to perform better at the next school baseball game.
