Love the characters

Love the characters and details. This book has kept my attention throughout. Don’t like the AI reader though.

Liked the different genesis of the outbreak and spread of the disease. I did not like the the computer (AI) reading of the story. Words are mispronounced, the cadence is flat and irregular in nature. I feel a human reader is the only way a story can be told.
I still listened despite the negative aspects.

AI voice is awful

I will not listen to another virtual voice, but the story is still worth it.

Virtual Voice didn't ruin this one.

The story was good enough to overlook how badly virtual voice butchered it. The miss pronunciations were bad but the last three books it was constant, it said things that are supposed to be spelled out, saying people's names differently every time, and so much more. If you can handle that then you must get this book since it's a newish take on the zombie apocalypse.
