Good

A good book. Very realistic possible future. I couldn't stop listening. I didn't like the AI voice at all, that was the down side. It didn't give the personal touch it needed. I was sad when it ended. there were a few question that needed to answer. Hope the author writes more series for this book.

Terrible narration

I loved the story and the characters. But I’m still not sure what Ava’s brothers name is considering it was said a million different ways. The the virtual narration was pretty bad. You could tell it was virtual voice. I’ve listened to quite a few others that you almost couldn’t tell. Really glad I didn’t pay for it.

Very good

The characters weren’t over the top. Felt like I got to know them. Was not boring. Enjoyed.

Realistic Scenario

Did not like the virtual voice, but did like the storyline and how realistically most city folks can’t start over in the north and must migrate south for warmer climates to start over.

Good story very well written.

It seems a realistic possibility of how people would react and respond to such a situation. The characters for the most part are likeable and I enjoyed the story. I had a hard time with the AI reader but it wasn’t as bad as some others. I also noticed that it is being reread by a voice actor and look forward to getting that when it’s completed.

End of the World Trilogy

The AI narration. Not ready for prime time yet. Good story tho. Try it and laugh at narrations.

AI narrators are not there yet. The mistakes that the AI made took to much away from the story.

First off, this is a feel good book. Not a lot of action just a group of people trying to survive. Second none of the questions the story develops will be answered. Things happen or get interesting and the chapter changes and everything has moved on. No reflection no real answers the story just moves on. The end of the book is the same things are happening next chapter two years have past the AI is like then thank you for listening turn the lights out when you leave.
