Characters, performance and story line

I love Post-Apocalyptic books and have listened to hundreds. Upon looking for a new series to listen to I saw that this one was narrated by Kevin Pierce (whom I absolutely adore) and so had to purchase it. And believe me- this series of books will not let you down!! Unbelievable in performance, characters, story line and in my overall review - totally amazing. Can’t say enough about this series. Kevin Pierce is beyond the best performance narrator out there. You won’t go wrong listening to this series

Been There, Wondered About This

Another intriguing and informative story from this excellent author. The superb narration was frosting on the cake, or salt on the Marguerita, considering the setting of this tale. Anyone whose been there will be hooked and may, like myself, binge listen. I recently enjoyed the Keys as a tourist AND experienced EMS services and healthcare at the Fishermen's Hospital ER on Marathin Key. I drove those bridges with trepidation. I pondered the lives of the 'locals' and the unique society they've created. This story has caused me to consider my vacation on the Keys in a whole new light. Bobby Akart's message was not lost as I reminisced.

Entertaining series

Loved the series, hours of entertainment. Kevin Pierce is an automatic preview and add to cart.

Riveting

Well, it's Bobby Akart after all, so of course it's riveting : ) It isn't just the "same old EMP story" with military folks swooping in to save the day so common in apocalyptic fiction. I also hear that Yellowstone is outstanding and I'm waiting for the box set for that series too.

Great series, I highly recommend

I loved the series. A families struggle, but they never hope. Just a great series, you won't regret. Of course, Kevin Pierce is great and brings this story to life.
