Publisher's summary

Do you have people clamoring to work for you?

Are you good at setting business strategy but continually struggle to get consistent results?

You have a great company and mission and are excited to make a difference with your product and service. Some years have been great and others not so great. You are hopeful consistent results will happen soon, but you struggle with inconsistent performance with your people. You may be asking yourself...what can I do about it?

Although many times "people" are considered the soft stuff, they are the hard stuff - and the biggest expense and asset of your organization. What is the secret to becoming the organization that everyone wants to work for - and to do business with?

It all starts with aligning your people strategy with your business strategy. World-class results will follow and world-class performers, too. Learn about the Human Capital Optimization model, a framework for how to align your business foundation - leadership, culture, brand, and strategy - with the people aspect of the business. Add to that a variety of hands-on practical tools, strategies, and models to help you address your concerns including:

  • How do I get everyone on the same page, heading in the same direction?
  • How do I know if I have the right organizational structure?
  • How can I get my non-performers to perform more consistently?
  • How can I create a culture where self-motivation exists?

Whether you are leading an organization or managing people day-to-day, this audiobook will help to guide you on a path of long-term, consistent organizational success and, more importantly, to create success for your people and their lives. You will learn what you need to build a profitable organization and increase the level of human capital consciousness in your workplace.

Become the organization everyone wants to work for.

Great Insights

I like Stohs' approach. She has better insights on people than the other leadership books I have read. Definitely a good read.
