Decent one

One major theme across the book. Quite insightful. The narration was bit too fast for my liking though. And the content of the book probably isn’t too well suited to an audio book.

A must listen for team builders everywhere

I can't tell you how many times listening to this book I wanted to shout AMEN!!! How can we get this book and it's ideas into the hands of every working professional and manager in the world? I love Whitney's ideas and honesty. She is able to pull from a lot of interesting and diverse examples. I highly recommend this as a must have book for professional development.
