...and another great read for the Scarpetta Chronicles. Definitely worth the entire adventure and the suspense. ☺

Well done... worthy of Cornwell

Loved the Paris trip, which was a successful diversion from the standard Med Examiner milieu in Virginia.

Still a good read, but uncomfortable.

I have read many books in the Scarpetta series. This one had a gripping crime to solve, but it was uncomfortable for me in part. Some of the characters were in new and difficult positions in their lives. It just didn't sit well with me. Still a good book, but not my personal favorite.

Great Story Superb Reader!

This reader is so much better than the bone off reader from the last book. She is perfect and tells the story with just the right nuance! As usual, the author knocks it out of the park with a riveting case!

Fantastic narration!

I’m a huge Cornwall fan and particularly enjoy the Scarpetta series. I’ve read most of the printed books and I’m now making my way through the audiobook versions. The narrator for this one is the best so far! Wildly talented with the voices - spot on accents and tones - greatly enhanced the experience for the listener. On to the next book in the series!

I quite enjoyed this book. I love Dr Scarpetta and all the trouble that seems to find her.
These Scarpetta novels are the only books by Patricia Cornwell that I have read/listened to. I must say she is a brilliant novelist. I never listened to nor read any crime novels besides these and now I am addicted to them.
This book is definitely worth a credit in my opinion. There are a couple characters in here I could have done without. I wish poor Dr Scarpetta could find some decent employees. This is the second novel in which her own staff tries an set her up. I guess it makes for good reading though. I hope other readers enjoy this as much as I did.

Good listen

I like P. Cornwell's books. This one started slow for me but soon caught me. I did get lost a few times in some of the transitioning and had to listen again to gather myself.

I hope the next one is as good
