I loved the twist in this book! It kept me on my toes! Loved it!

Stop With the Mysic

Why on earth did they add music.. it adds nothing. downs out the narrator, it sucks lol. the story is great though. Always a fan of the Scarpetta series!

Page turner

This book was a page turner. Story told with so many twists and turns. A great read. Just what you expect from Patricia Cornwall.

The story seemed to fall short

Didnt care for the ominous music they added. If i needed or wanted that, I'd watch TV.

Bad accents

Narrator’s bad accents; same character may sound like he’s from New York or mildly southern. Distracting

She still has it!

Entertaining, suspenseful and scientific! Great listen for all you crime fighters. Easy listening but captivating.

Story was well developed and performed

Despite what others may have said about the narrator, I thought she was brilliant!! Just enough story, forensics, drama, shock factor and emotion. (Not to mention surprise). I have followed all of the scarpetta books in order and was losing hope. I did not enjoy the last two. They were filled with chatter and confusing dialogue. I was losing hope. This brought me back!! Thanks Patricia!

Great story

It was a great book but PC needs to be super careful of who she has narrate her books. This Narrator didn’t follow in the line of all the others before her to keep the character consistent. Very distracting to the overall series!
