A beautiful book about love and forgiveness.

M. Carling's The Singing Sands is a beautiful, yet often, heartbreaking, story about the delicate relationship between mother and daughter. Told from the daughter's perspective, the story gives real insight into how relationships change as we, and our parents, age.

Very Emotional and Thought Provoking

This is the most emotional book I've read this year so far and I must say, it's extremely thought provoking as well. I don't want to give away any spoilers but just have your tissues ready. I'm sharing this book with my own Mom & Aunts.
The author picked the perfect voice actress for this story.

this book for you

As a family therapist I am confronted with all manner of family problems, if more re-composed families would have listen this book before taking on the challenge of becoming or being with a stepparent, many family therapists would have less work.

If you are or might soon be in this situation, then this book is for you.
