Publisher's Summary

Dinesh D'Souza, author of the #1 New York Times bestseller America, is back with this darkly entertaining deconstruction of Hillary Clinton's flawed character and ideology. From her Alinskyite past to her hopes for America's progressive future, the presumptive Democratic nominee is revealed to be little more than a political gangster intent on controlling the nation's wealth. D'Souza chronicles the sleazy ascent of the Clintons and makes clear what some voters have long suspected: that Hillary is far more dangerous and corrupt than Bill ever was.

Full of Anger and biased

I read this book to understand the history behind Hillary and the Democratic Party and because a close friend pointed me to it.

I received what I perceive as an extremely bias opinion of the Democratic Party that painted a very black vs white picture of democrats vs republicans. And we all know the world is not black and white.

Wow! What a book!

Although I read/listened to this book long after the 20106 election, I found it so interesting. I was amazed at the amounts of money that the Clintons have made since leaving the White House and the things that money is connected with. I also found the history of the Democrat party very interesting. I learned so much about the Progressive Movement that I knew nothing about. Thank you Mr. D"Souza, because I know this must have been a challenging book to write and get published. I am also thankful for your recent pardon, as I can only view your conviction as based on politics. No one, in any political party, should be convicted because of his/her personal political views or for speaking out about those views.

read it and do some of your own research.

even if half of this is true I'd have second thoughts about voting for Hillary. she's not the lesser of two evils.

Eye Opening Read

This book has made me realize how important history is to making informed decisions and why knowledge of the history of our government is especially critical. Dinesh has created a need with this book to learn even more.

Informative but 100% biased

So the republicans are better? and Trump is not a sexist, racist arse? Give me a break.

More Dinesh

It is clear that Dinesh is very smart and has studied history in depth BUT IMO, his stories fall short because rather than focus on individuals, he apparently feels the need to paint with very broad strokes. Throughout the three books I tried to read and 1 1/3 movies I saw, he is only trying to paint a rosy po tug of the republicans. Just like any race, all parties have good and bad. He dilutes his message by only referring to one party or another.

Great research but the story suffers in his quest to show how bad the Democrats are and wonderful the Republicans are.

Excellent and expertly researched

This compelling book is an expertly researched amendment to the orthodox political history of the United States and the Democratic Party. A must-read for every informed voter.

We live in a crazy time

Half of America is "grieving" right now, and the other half is relieved. I didn't want to vote for Hillary or Donald, but (don't hate me for this) I think we dodged a bullet. Only time will tell for sure, but at least we have a chance to Make America Great Again . . . I think our choice was 1. vote one way and we know for sure we are in trouble, 2. vote the other way and at least there is a chance. That is the way I saw it. It seems to be the way many others saw it.

If you are still "grieving", read D'Souza's book. It may give you a little comfort.

Democrat slavery history ... mind blowing

Democrat slavery history was the big winner for me on this book. What a revelation ! Democrat party history of continual crime, cover up and taking credit for what the Republicans actually did e.g. pushing through the civil rights act. He draws a long bow for much of the allegations levelled at the Democrat party, but the sheer volume of it all makes you realise there's got to be something fundamentally wrong in the Democrat party ....recommend just for the historical narrative.

Brilliant book

highly recommended. This book will open your eyes to the criminality in politics and especially the democratic party. it changed my perspective when I already believed I was well informed in geopolitics and current affairs.
