All he wants is to protect his family and study spells, but to do that, he'll have to learn ancient magic and walk in the footsteps of the old rulers of the galaxy.

Great Story and Performance

This book is a great read and listen. John and Stephanie do a really great job bringing the tone and emotions out of the characters. David is a great story teller, I was always on the edge of my seat through its entirety. I cant wait for the next one.

Loved it again

It too bad that Travis Baldree couldn’t do the whole series, but the new narrators were amazing and the story was still great the second time.

What I look for in litrpg... nifty!

very fun story... it got a little full of numbers at the end of the book... but still really love the story and the voice acting.

Wonderful crafting and fighting

A wonderful start to a series of crafting and fighting even a cool party build. Only problem is a bit more profanity than I usually listen to but not even that much.
