Great story that avoids some common pitfalls

The story does a good job of pacing and world building. several time I thought "ohh, here we go, cringy trope incoming" but then the story actively avoids the frustrating trope.

its fun

Story is fun, nothing crazy but fun and the world building was interesting. The reader wasn't bad either with a good range of voices he definitely made the story beter than it was. The production was off though because multiple times there were stutters in the reading that should have been edited out.

overall, fun story to listen to but the production could have been a bit more professional.

Nice performance and characterization from the reader. The story is detailed enough to keep me listening and engaged.

Such a fantastic series

It’s not often a series grabs me like this and then gets better and better with each book. Thats the case here. Love this book and the series. Book 3 is incredible!

A very catchy premise, and the characters are immaculate

The whole idea of a former god without his memory (or powers) in a world full of deadly creatures and even deadlier people is genius; put in a high stakes, world ending threat looming in the background, and mysteries around every corner?! You got your self an amazing time.
