Sometimes what happens in Vegas shows up at your door two weeks later to tell you that he's the guy you married while you were blackout drunk.

Tucker

Waking up alone in a strange hotel room, missing my prosthetic legs, and having no memory of what happened the night before is not how I wanted to spend my estranged twin's bachelor party trip.

Yet there I was, legless and with zero idea how I got there. Or who I spent the night with. Which is… not great.

Though I suppose that trauma lies somewhere between losing my legs in a car accident, which killed my career in the NHL, and my brother running off with my fiancée.

So, in the grand scheme of things, not the worst weekend I've had.

But while I'm no longer a bitter, angry man, I'm also maybe—kind of, sort of—not the most well-adjusted person on the planet. And that shows when an adorable, dimpled, wild-haired man shows up at my door to tell me that the hazy night in Vegas had a very specific ending:

At some point, after several chocolate cake shots and trauma dumping, Amedeo and I found Elvis and got married.

The easy thing to do would be to make sure the marriage isn't valid. But when have I ever made anything in my life easy? Especially since the incentive is getting to keep this man in my orbit.

We might have had the weirdest beginning of any married couple, but now I'm feeling strangely determined to give us both the happily ever after we deserve.

Zero Pucks is the first book in a rom-com, strangers-to-lovers, MM romance sled hockey series. It features a ride or die hockey found family, snarky best friends, the team dad who refuses to approve of bad decisions, why sled hockey is way more terrifying than standing hockey, awkward first dates, steaming hot first kisses, and a golden retriever of an alternate captain determined to give them both the happiest of ever afters.

I really enjoyed this story and getting to know this group of men who have all had life changing injuries. I can't wait to hear how each one finds love. Narration is great!! and really pulls you into the book. It's just a perfect story with a bully of a cheating boyfriend who gets what he deserves. oh, and a fake Vegas wedding.👏❤🔥

Just perfect

I loved Amadeo and Tuck! Their story is fun, emotional, and satisfying. The relationship between these two progresses naturally, considering they started after an Elvis Vegas wedding! The way they interact and support each other was written beautifully.

E M Lindsey has written a wonderful book with realistic characters that are facing a lot of challenges in life and I want to know more about them. I love just about all of the other characters in this book, all the hockey players are terrific and I can't wait to read about more of A&T's selected family.

Iggy and Kirt both give fantastic performances in bringing these characters and their feelings to life! They easily drew me into the story and these characters lives. I laughed out loud many times and sniffled a few times too.

The writing and the narration definitely made this book worth my time. I was not disappointed at all.

I enjoyed reading the sweet and engaging storyline in this book. The two main characters (Tucker aka Tuck) and (Amedeo aka Deo) were very endearing. I adored and banter between Tuck and Deo because it often made me smile. I also liked Tuck's and Deo's intreaction with some of the other characters (Ford, Boden, Jonah, and Alessiah), all of whom were funny, entertaining, likable, and supportive.

There was unique dynamic between Tuck and Deo, and their chemistry felt palpable. There was an intensity that surged between them, creating sparks that eventually ignited 🔥. Their passion and desire for each other led to some spicy moments 🌶.

I appreciated the kindness and care that Tuck and Deo exhibited toward each other. Their communication with and support for one another, as well as their understanding, compassion, trust, vulnerability, affection, and love for each other was uplifting and pepetuated a sense of belonging and acceptance that they both needed and desired.

Tuck and Deo found what worked best for the progression of their relationship, which paved the way to their Happiness Together Forever. I rooted for their Happily Ever After (HEA), and it was a pleasure when it came to fruition on the pages. I enjoyed this book, and I would recommend reading it.
