Ten years ago, I made the biggest mistake of my life.

When Hawke left for the NHL and my hockey dreams went up in smoke, I ghosted my best and longest friend. It made sense at the time, but there hasn’t been a day where I haven’t missed him.

Brandon Francis brings the emotions!

I was already primed to love Home Ice by Saxon James considering I've read the entire Sandenverse!

What I wasn't prepared for was the depth of emotions you experience from a talented narrator reading the story! Hawke's journey home is intense, from the circumstances that bring him back to his unresolved past sucker punching him the minute he steps into a cafe. All of which shines through when you have such an emotionally intelligent narrator at the mic.

The same is true as we navigate Barrett and the sacrifices he had to make while facing the depression he's barely holding back.

Somehow Brandon makes the listener believe that anything is possible even overcoming emotional betrayal, teenage hostility, and falling for the best friend Hawke thought was lost forever.

You will listen to this story again! It's that good 💖

Heartfelt & Hopeful

Home Ice was a tender, heartfelt story with characters who were easy to root for. I loved the emotional growth, believable romance, and the reminder that home is often found in the people who choose you. The narration was excellent and really brought the story to life. It was an enjoyable and satisfying listen.

Definitely worth it!

Great story loved the storyline and the characters also the story has a nice spice factor 🔥🔥🌶️ highly recommended. I hope there are more stories to come! 🥰
