Low key.. both are grumpy 😂

Love it. I’m a sucker for “enemies to lovers” and while it gave this feeling, it’s more “envious ther for I shall not like you- to lovers”! I really enjoyed the push and pull and the way these guys really had to confront themselves and face something in order to get to a place of togetherness.

Sweet and spicy

This was the perfect little book to cozy up to in a day. The characters development and relationship evolved at the perfect pace. The spice was great but didn’t envelop the plot which made it even better when it happened. The story was simple but that’s what made it such a sweet and satisfying read. The narrators of course are always spot on.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

The characters, the banter, the family dynamics, the friend dynamics, the team dynamics, all of it...perfection! I could totally relate to Nick (Nicky 💗) and his people pleasing, fear of being a burden ways 😩. I wanted to jump in and hug him. He and Caleb are precious together 💗💗💗!!! I need more of this series STAT.

Great story

Really good story it was sweet, funny, and spicy 🥵 i enjoyed this one a lot and hope there’s more to come. Highly recommended

Great story and narration

I enjoyed reading this book so much that I got the audio so I could reread with my ears.
Nick and Caleb’s story is a great (one sided) enemies to lovers and bi-awakening. Nick is a pleaser, go with the flow kinda guy who just wants to be deserving of his father’s time and love. Caleb is a pusher who wants to see and help Nick see that he can get what he wants and deserves.
This is a low angst college hockey romance where the MC’s are completely accepting of themselves and each other. There is some small drama that is quickly worked through with communication (albeit forced at times) and friends, allies, and accepting family to cheer them on.
Iggy Toma and Javi Wilder are so nice to listen to and feel like my friends for how many MM romances I listen to that they narrate. Their voices never get tiring.
Book 2 is equally as good and I hope the audio come out soon.
