This book gutted me, but I loved it! Kate Stewart is the absolute Queen of Contemporary! Narration was exceptional! I highly recommend!!!

Stayed up until 3am to finish. I am unwell. Amazing continuation of this series that owns my heart. I love how all the pieces fit together across all the books. I need the second part of Tyler’s story like I need air in my lungs 😭😭😭😭😭

Tyler made me fall in love with him and broke my heart all at once! Poor Delphine deserved so much more. Tyler is what every woman dreams of!! His passion and love for Delphine was soul deep. Their story was amazing! Kate Stewart has me crying again.

Incredible, heartbreaking story

If you’ve read the rest of Kate Stewart’s books, then you know she is a master at drawing out every emotion known to man when you enter her world. This book is no exception. In fact, it managed to blow the rest of her work out of the water. If you are looking for a book that will truly make you FEEL, this is it.

So good!

I just want to start out by saying this book was good, there is no doubt about that. This is just a me thing, but I went into this book loving Tyler and not so much liking Delphine. I was not a big fan of hers in the Ravenhood Series. That all being said.. this book made me love her. Everything she went through, endured and the woman she became.. she is a bad ass. I also love how Tyler saw her scars and loved them and loved the woman she was. He brought the best out in her and made her see the beauty in herself. I also liked how you got some questions answered in this book that were left unanswered in the Ravenhood Series and I liked how you got to read/see a different POV on things that happened in the Ravenhood Series. The ending of this book made me tear up it was such a beautiful ending to this chapter in Tyler’s life.

I didn’t think Kate could make me hurt than when I read One Last Rainy Day but boy was I wrong. This book obliterated me. I fully understand the meaning of the name of this book. This book is beautiful and real and you will feel every emotion reading it. The love they shared was pure and messy but it was worth going through it with them. My heart is completely shattered and this book was a masterpiece. Kate is a mastermind getting you to feel such real emotions for her characters. Grayson and Leila delivered with this audio. They really brought these characters to life and made you feel the emotions that the characters were experiencing. I highly recommend listening to this audio because you will feel so much listening to the emotions these voice actors release.
