Of Ink and Alchemy: A Dark Romance

The Black Rabbit, Book 1

De: Sloane St. James

Narrado por: Chloe Ryan, James Cassidy

All's fair in love and war at a tattoo parlor—until a stalker enters the picture—in this deliciously dark romance from the author of the Lakes Hockey series.

Even before her father's death, Kelly Everhart always knew Logan Teller was someone she could rely on. Now he's taken over the Black Rabbit tattoo shop and brought her along with him. And while Kelly still finds her former crush and current mentor hot as hell, they're firmly in the friendzone. Or so she thinks . . .

Logan's been biding his time, but he's no longer leaving anything to chance—not since Kelly started getting serious with her boring boyfriend. And as Logan manipulates the situation and sabotages the couple every chance he gets, Kelly starts to notice all the ways Jason doesn't quite measure up to the man who's always been such a huge part of her life.

When her relationship with Logan suddenly goes from playful and platonic to strictly sinful, Kelly can't stop herself from falling head over heels. But just as things are heating up between them, she starts receiving anonymous messages with information only a few—including Logan—could possibly know about her. Can she trust him after all?

Of Ink and Alchemy is a dark romance with a morally gray MMC and mature content. Narrated in duet style.

Hot but a bit predictable

I realized who the stalker was literally right away as soon as they were introduced. And the voice of Casper was kind of annoying. That being said, the book was super hot, and I loved the story, beyond it being a bit predictable.

Excellent book.

Enjoyed this one so much. Voice of Logan....so hot. I loved the story line overall. The audio made it even better.

Absolutely loved

I loved this so much! I loved that Clyde was leaving letters from the grave. Got teary with the last letter. “Love Him the way you deserve to be loved…loud, fierce, and unapologetic. Love Hard, Choose each other, and Raise some hell! Love, Dad…your fire is equal to his deep water, make him burn every once in a while. Love that is real and that will last is raw and deliberate…” wise words from Clyde. Great book…spicy and awesome audible narrators!

Amazing Duet Narration! Panty melting! 🥵

James Cassidy is about to melt your panties with his narration. This book was so good and the duet narration is chef’s kiss! I did not expect the plot twist and the book kept me hooked! The banter between the Logan and Kelly when they were fighting was hilarious and when she tried to tease him, it definitely backfired haha the mmc is definitely morally grey and did some questionable things but we love a man that knows what he wants and he definitely wanted her!
