Solid story I will buy book 2 whenever it comes out. I hope for more action in the next book. This book had some but lots of the chapters went to honing his skills.

I really liked this book. I though the “laughing” would get annoying but it kind of funny how often it happened

cultivation love

If you're a fan of cultivation books, you absolutely cannot miss this one! It's hands down one of the best reads in the genre that I've come across in ages. Seriously, it’s a must-read for everyone—pick it up, dive in! The narration is fantastic, drawing you in with every word. Each chapter flows seamlessly into the next, and trust me, you'll find it impossible to put down. This has quickly become one of my favorite books of the year! Not to mention, it's packed with humor and excitement—plus, the main character is incredibly powerful! You’re in for a thrilling ride!

Just straight up cultivation goodness from start to finish, no isekai or anything like that. strong mc and he is not prude and while he loves cultivation he also takes time to enjoy life a little in between. bought volume 2 already on kindle. Can't wait for the next audiobook

I loved this first book!

I love cultivation series so I may be byis but that means I’ve listened to a lot and I cant stress enough how refreshing it is having a MC focused on his power and not getting the biggest harem I hope the power system is very vast even after we think we see a peak I hope there is more I think this series has a lot of potential for high tier fights I can’t wait for the next one

Hahaha hahahaha hahaha … after every sentence it’s hahaha. There was nothing funny said in the entire book. Cut out the forced laughter and this is a great book

Pretty good, Almost great...

Like the main character Kai, this book has all the potential to be great. it has a very strong start but never really took off. Kai didn't really faces any life or death fight with anyone. there was definitely too much training arcs and not enough actions.

also you many hahas. I get Kai but why do every other characters also laugh so much.

Fun

It’s a pretty good fast paced story of a youth that thinks like an adult, becomes overpowered, and finds everything funny.
The narrator is wonderful.
Story could use some editing to reduce word overuse of immediately, instantly, subconsciously, and laughed.

formulaic and boring

first the narration is solid. but sadly its really boring no charcter has any depth. The plot is exacly what you expect with no suprises. Over powered protag that never strugels for anything and kills everyone he dosent like. for any athors out there you can make strong charcter that have strugles. any way its boreing reppetitive with zero depth. so if all you want is to listine to misster protag man beat up people with no problems the this is the book for you.

Amazing story line

As good as the series “I shall seal the heavens “ . I picked up this book on a whim while waiting for a book in a series I was reading at the time. The audio version does not disappoint!!! Absolutely amazing!!!
