Behemoths Galore

The story follows the MC, Roe, as he plays a game in beta. His real life and job is not that great so the game is his release. His sad and lonely life is exactly what is needed to save this new world. He obtains Taro as his companion and possibly something else with another player, Lauren.

the book is a little rough, I assume it's a new author, so that's to be expected.
it spends precious little time on a plot, instead rushing from one cool scene to the next with little to string them together.
that being said, a good editor could do great things with this author.
the scenes are cool and fairly well written.

A pretty great start

This is a pretty fun story, I don’t usually love VR… But the story gives you real life stuff as well, the narrator was a great choice. I will patiently wait the next book.

Nothing but lies

This is the most misleading summary I've ever read. This book is about a 30yo hardcore emo kid who fashions himself a gamer. He's whiny, depressed, and thinks the world is out to get him when he doesn't get his dream job or a "girl" he liked. Literally all his "problems" are everyday normal things. I still have a couple hours left and I just want him to die and follow a new mc. The pattern of this book is problem arise, main character show incompetence, main character wallows in incompetence, author slaps enough plot armor on to be the new hulk buster.
No one who likes the summary will like this book
