Amazing! Homerun!
This book was a delight and unique in its own way. I love that the author went with the genre and made their own of it. It is truly amazing and I can't wait for more. I hope the author takes their time and works at their own pace. If so I'm sure every book of this series will be amazing! Please give it a try!

Unique in the Best Way
This is one of the most unique LITRPGs I have read. The class the main character has is super interesting and the different sub-races are also very creatively thought out. Even from the way his summons develope throughout the book it is just refreshing for a new idea. I was super impressed at this being the authors first book and I cannot wait to see where this story goes in the future as I am absolutely sold on this story!

Wow! Really good.
I really liked this book a lot! Well, with just one gripe…the overwrought internal dialogue from the MC got tiresome. I get it, he doesn’t want to kill people (humans) even when faced with those same humans killing the very people (beings) he SWORE to protect. But, towards the end of book, the MC seems to have grown balls. I like the humor and the interaction between characters. Not much world building; perhaps if the writer cut down on the repetitive internal angst, he could spend a few paragraphs to actually describe the new world this game has created… The narrator was spot on, excellent! I also LOVED the epilogue (if only the rest of the book was written with such precision!!). Looking forward to book 2.

Better than some of the reviews portrayed
While there is a lot of internalizing & mono logging about fears and anxiety, this does add to the story because the MC is having a moral crisis with his actions. This adds and not distracts from the story. ‘The audible version was very well voiced and I do look forward to (if) there is a sequel or seven!

Worth credit. cant wait for next book.
Build is till first big fight. after that boom you are in it.in the book living. the characters. if you read jt wright. this is worth it.

Great first time outing for this author
I've never read any LitRPG before, and I was wary of the genre, but this book was great all around. The main character is lovable, relatable, and appropriately complex and human. Meat (his summon) is best boy. The story is engaging, with enough mechanics to keep it complex while still being easy to follow. Eric Michael Summerer killed it. Can't wait for the sequel!

Holy crap its freaking awesome
right from the start out with a bang and took off from there. loved all the characters and story so much I couldn't put it down. highly recommend this one and can't wait for the next book
