Powerful and Moving
Stephanie Kostopoulos bravely and eloquently shares her story and journey, one that most would likely shy away from mentioning in private conversations but she puts herself out there to bravely help many who have walked a similar path or know someone who has. Stephanie also narrates her own book and does so very well with an engaging, perfect cadence and rhythm. I would highly recommend this book and audiobook to anyone, especially those struggling with their own personal traumas.

Powerful real life story that will help you discover your true self along the way
While listening to Stephanie’s inspirational work, I felt as though I was transported into the moments which she so vividly described. She was able to share the truth of her journey, the positives and negatives, while raising awareness on the importance of mental health and self discovery. Stephanie’s exceptional narration allows listeners to truly connect with her story. Definitely a must read that I will be recommending to my friends and family.
