This book was engaging in a way I didn’t expect. As a former gymnast and coach and now a medical social worker in pediatrics I thank you from the bottom of my heart for so bravely and skillfully going after this justice and so we’ll well articulating your story and sharing with whomever is brave enough to listen. I’m sure you have empowered countless others in immeasurable ways. I hope my prayers for continued improvements in victims rights will help in some way.

Appreciated the depth and strength of the entire book. The narrator presented the subject matter in a soothing calming voice.

Sobering and heart breaking

Very sobering to realize the pain and trauma that can occur when people decided to do what they want and not what is right. This is eye opening to sexual abuse and is educational for all of us to properly understand grooming and the tactics of an abuser.

Wow! Just, wow!

This has been a very intriguing and eye-opening read for me. I recommend this book for anyone who leads women, has a daughter, or even a wife, and especially for women who have undergone abuse. The author is very articulate, passionate, and engaging through her words.

I never understood

I never understood the depth of harm survivors carry. I'm very good friends with a survivor. She never mentioned what she was struggling with.

Deep and moving book

I am amazed at Rachael’s bravery and faith. If you were wondering how someone can endure what she did through her life and what kept her going, this is the book. Hearing from her own voice adds to the magnitude of her testimony. Hopefully the work she has done and continues to do will save little girls for years to come.

Stirs the fire within me

So much passion, so many tears, so much inspiration, so much hope…

My former church is covering the experiences of many. So few of us speak out. This makes me more determined to never stop seeing, never stop speaking, never stop feeling.
