Great book

Without having any big expectations, I purchased this e-book to listen to on my long drives. I'm running an established dog training business so I do look for better ways of marketing, growing, expanding and ultimately making more money, I've looked at others in the marketing industry but although they give some good ideas on how to get your name out, they simply say charge more money because you're better than the competition, sell a program rather than charge per lesson or per hour. Great makes sense but what I find when dealing with clients is that they simply take my program price, number of sessions and come up in their head with an hourly price. Ted's book Thriving Dog Trainers is much more than this, Ted lays it out from registering a company name, building a business model, selling your programs to working with clients and everything in between. Thriving Dog Trainers is the first business building book that has kicked me into gear to make changes within my company.
I would recommend this book to everyone!
