Gnomes Rule

Another beautifully told story of adventure and leveling up in the land. My only issues were that some of the prompts and level building can seem tedious. There were a couple of lengthy in depth descriptions that I zoned out during. Overall the level of complexity that Aleron is constructing with each story is phenomenal.

Best series I've read all year!

My son introduced me to this book and I picked up the audiobook for a long work commute. The narrator is probably the best I've ever heard. The book itself is a combination of Piers anthony punny humor, world building, and a dude encountering a plethora of "oh crap" situations. I've read the series twice and don't plan on stopping. Well worth the time/cost.

Excellent

I work as a truck driver so my Audible is going every second I'm on the road. This series was recommended to me by a friend. This is the first series I have listened to not only when on the road but when I'm sitting at home as well. I've played RPG games and D&D (my father began this with V1) since I was a kid. This series takes me back through several of our sessions played.

fantastic book and superbly narrated

I could not wait to get back into my car and drive so that I could listen to the book. if you like a good romp, and you enjoy an excellent storyline then this book is for you. the bonus, is how the story swallows you into an immersive experience that surpasses any RPG game.
