A wonderful addition to anyone's library

Disregarding my small struggle adjusting to the narrator I might say that I enjoy this book over reading the print edition. Truly capturing storytelling. I hope more of the authors work is published on Audible!

Love this book

I read this book about 15 years ago and wanted to pick up and re-read it and continue with the rest of the saga.
I could still remember a lot from the first time it is a book that will stick with you and you want to continue to read to get to know more

Books holds up in adulthood.

I first read the book 20 years ago as a teenager. It was fantastic then. I just got this to listen to to see if it held up as a good book and to determine at what age I could share it with my children. Some of the detail in the romantic scenes might not be suitable for my 11 year old, I'll have to finish Master and make an overall determination.

I was a bit disappointed with the narration. The tone is kind of low and instead of being haunting or foreboding, it just makes it a little harder to hear. If I didn't already know everything that was about to happen I might have a harder time listening to it.

Another issue is pronunciation. I understand that specific names are going to be pronounced differently from person to person, but the differences are a bit much in this book. And I can't write it all off to that since I heard normal English words pronounced wrong.

this is one of my favorite books by one of my absolute favorite authors it was awesome listening to it I've read the book several times it is a fantastic read.

One of my favorites!

If you like fantasy, you might just love this book. Pug & Thomas are great characters to follow as they grow. This was one of my first fantasy books to read and the audio version lives up to the memory.
