CHANGED MY LIFE OF ANXIETY

My brain starts to wander and worry...and with this book...it dissipates more and more everyday to mostly nothing now. I really have not had anxiety in weeks. This guy is on target!

I recommended this book

The author well research and quality information share in this book, I really enjoyed reading this self help book( which I normally avoid self help books). I felt like Robert was telling it truthfully, yet not being overly pushy!!! I have been battling severe anxiety for a couple weeks now, a couple pages into his book I started to relax and laugh at his outlook on things! It has some really helpful techniques and alot of hopeful insight on how to deal with everyday battles!!

Works also for existential anxiety

Wonderful book, I am enjoying it... creating a life of calm. I didn't think CBT would work with existential anxiety but it's all about putting empowering alternative thoughts in your mind. Your mind is the creator anyway.

So useful.

I heard the book just over a week ago, before attending a family get-together, and felt more comfortable conversing with people than I have for some time. I needed help to believe others are not judging everything I do and say and how I look. This book helped. I plan to re-read the book to reinforce the message. It takes time and practice to overcome from anxiety, and it's worth the effort.

In a conversational style, Dr. Vigilant shows you procedures for breaking down and understanding your own tension contemplations and triggers. In the initial segment of the book, you dive further into your internal identity and concoct the explanations for your unhelpful intellectual mutilations; those mixed up and controlling musings, convictions and mentalities that you stick to without remembering them. I truly preferred this book and would prescribe it to any individual who needs such sort of data.

Great as a self awareness tool. Writing about anxi

Great as a self awareness tool. Writing about anxiety and personal details can be tough. But a great reference to look back through as you make progress further into the book. I recommend to all my clients suffering with anxiety/depression.
If you want to lead anxiety free life then get this book. Its will guide you about that. Its a good book for learning that. providing some proven tips. Recommended.

This book is an easy to read guide on tackling anx

This book is an easy to read guide on tackling anxiety. The author understands and explains things in such a wonderful way. He suggests that you have to confront your fears and embrace your anxiety rather than trying to run from it. The results will be immediate when you apply. I would suggest this book to anyone who has anxiety.
