Best book for Anxiety.

I was not disappointed by this book either, it's a straight forward, illuminating and effective read, written by

someone who is combining the latest research with practical steps to avoid anxiety. Very helpful book. I have anxiety

so I picked this book up thinking hopefully it will help. It sure did. Exercises and this book if you put them to work

and practice them overtime will help. Overall smart guidebook for everyone. If you stay beginning stage so that's the

correct book for you. I get particularly anxious when I go to events relating to my work and I now realise that it is

down to a lack of confidence in myself, as a consequence of this I have been finding ways to avoid them. I am going to

try the gradual approach to exposure and work from there.

Very helpful book!!!

This book was really inspiring and motivating. It provides simple and easy to understand instructions that can improve

your life and mental status such as learning to control your thoughts or circumstances and not letting them overpower

you. This book has given me great advice for dealing with many situations that would cause me stress and anxiety. I'm

currently working on the steps that the book has suggested to reduce anxiety and stress, and so far it is really

helping. This was an extremely informative book. I enjoyed how easy it was to listen, with only the occasional word

that I had to look up.

Life changing! Helping my healing journey!!!

So much helpful information, and David presents it in a way that’s easy to understand. I’ve been looking for something

to give me a game plan for addressing these issues and this book explains where to start looking and why.There are so

many reasons why we feel anxiety and this diet is worth looking into. I do not know anyone who does not have anxiety.
