Like many people who are discovering their ADHD as adults, this books explains so many of the WHY'S in regards to money and spending. The biggest takeaway was how much that shame plays a part in the way I view or discuss financial use and management. Reading it now for a second time as well as ordering the paperback for note-taking and worksheets.

Finally! So many answers!
