Publisher's summary

Two minutes after the shocking end to A Wild Epidemic of Magic, this third book in the series finds Kelley and Jeroan stranded in Dubuque, Iowa, after losing their parents - and all the sorcerers they met in the past two months - to the vengeful Druid.

Apparently, the Druid did not enjoy his 200-year banishment.

And as if that wasn't bad enough, the twins must once again work together to find a way to regain all of their magic, before time - and magic - runs out for good.

More Action and Magic..

Any additional comments?

This book starts out literally a few minutes after the second book ends.

It has more action and suspense if that's possible.

I think that this is a good series for young adults.

Overall, an engrossing book.

Mike Alger did really well with books two as well as the third book.

Is there a lasting cure for magic?

Any additional comments?

Very entertaining, engaging and enjoyable, the best book in the series so far. I actually really ended up liking this series. Is it really over? Maybe not.
I really didn't think I would after the first book, but the way the story was written and played out combined with the current narrator made all the difference.

The final magical showdown is coming. You ever know what to expect when magic is involved, be prepared for anything. Once again Kelley and Jeroan will have to work together to make it through everything that magic throws at them. Together they are a powerful pair. Get ready for a second outbreak of magic.

Great cast of characters. Everyone of them has a distinct personality and a purpose in the story. Have always loved Alexander the dragon, but Moammar the fly is fantastic. Who says a character has to be a person.

Once again what a difference a narrator makes. Mike Alger did another fantastic job of narrating this book. Clearly spoken. Nice even pace. Great character voices. The Druid's voice was perfect. He brought the characters and the story to life. Very enjoyable.

Contagious Magic Book 3

The narrator did an outstanding job bringing the story to life. There were so many characters and he did really well with all of the different voices.

There were lots of twits and turns. Alex continues to be my favorite! I want him! He is so amazing with all that he can accomplish.

This book was better than the first two books in this series. But like in the first two, there were some pretty unbelievable stuff going on. In my opinion, this was more of a Sci-Fi series.

There were multiple POVs in this book and a lot of things going on throughout. Although several people started on opposite sides from each other, they all came together to reach their goals.

Better Than The First Two

The narrator was very good and the story kept twisting and turning to keep me interested. I loved the dragon. Although each character had a very distinct way of handling things they came together to accomplish the goals they had in front of them. Loved Mexico as well. He was the adult figure with his two cockroaches yet he did not over power the kids. I got this book via audiobook boom.

Much Improved

Any additional comments?

This book was better than the last book, but some of the plots were really not believable. As in the 2nd book that narration was great. I guess this series turned essentially into a sci-fi type series is probably why I didn't enjoy it all that much. Best in Series

This was the best book in the series. There were enough surprises to make it very entertaining and unpredictable. It picks up immediately where the last book left off.

The narrator did just as good a job in this book as the last. Definitely looking forward to hearing her again.

If you liked the last two books, you’ll love this one! I wouldn’t start with this book though… It probably won’t make much sense without the full backstory.

I requested and received a free copy of this audiobook from the author, publisher, or narrator in exchange for an unbiased review. I was NOT required to write a positive review and this reflects my honest opinion of the work.
