This audiobook has been instrumental in my understanding of their dilemma and empathy for them. As someone with very direct and relevant experience with the autism spectrum, including ADHD, I was relieved to try out the hacks in this book! I was gifted this book in another series in Close succession and I found it’s so helpful to be able to have quick tips and tools that I could go through.
