Publisher's Summary
180 Your Life is a woman’s grief guide that will provide listeners with a step-by-step, healthy, and faithful roadmap through loss and empower your grief journey from tragedy to triumph.
How do you establish a “new normal” when life is shattered by hardship? When you learn how to harness the power of grief, and allow the pain to add purpose to your life, the result is a life you never could have imagined. This is the book author Mishael Porembski wishes she had when she suddenly found herself a pregnant widow, giving birth two months after her husband’s death, then soon grieving the loss of her mother.
The eight steps from empowering your initial point of grief, forging your team, training your mind, body, and spirit, crossing your finish line, living your legacy, and unveiling your triumph provide a guided roadmap to transform your grief journey from tragedy to triumph.

Inspirational, compassionate honesty. Practical!
What a great listen! Keep a box of tissues handy, but also prepare to laugh harder than you have in a long time! Mishael's writing style (and delivery in the audio book!) makes you feel--time and again--like you're sitting right there next to her on the couch, a best friend who she is looking at as she shares from the depths of her soul. Or better yet, you're reliving the story with her as she reminisces and tells it! Unlike many books of this type, it is neither boring nor preachy. Her real-life, down to earth story will draw you in, and at least if you're like me, you'll find yourself unable to stop listening as you can't wait to hear what happens next! Yet at the same time it's so much more than just a story. Woven throughout is advice super practical, but delivered in the most compassionate of ways as to what has helped her most--take it or leave it, but you'll find yourself encouraged either way. She's invitingly transparent about how messy grief (and life!) undeniably is, and most importantly how loved we are by such an amazing and personal God--despite rifts in your relationship with Him--or even if you perhaps do not yet know Him at all. So buy the book, hang on for the ride, and prepare to be transformed in the way you've always wanted! You'll be glad you did and won't regret it!
