It was ok

My daughter and I listened to this. She’s 11. This book seems like a lot of parts were meant for us to hear, and some parts that were still too mature to listen to, so we skimmed through those parts. The book has good lessons for preteens/teens on girl life, relationships, drama, etc. For anyone not into God or church, this book is a little pushy from that aspect, so keep that in mind. Overall I have it 4 stars because there were good topics talked about that my daughter & I could discuss, but a bit pushy on the religious side. Which we take with a grain of salt but still good to hear (a little bit of it).

From a girl of 12 years old

This is something I really needed! Most of my friends say stuff to me that hurts since I don’t know what it means. Now I understand why they don’t tell me and I am grateful!😁

wow...

I was just planning on listening so I could understand my daughter better being her father. I had no idea the emotional struggle that girls go through. even being past 40 years old, I still had misconceptions about what girls experience. Thanks for sharing. Very educational.
