Fantastic meditations

Loved the narration, music, and affirmations. I've been using the one for sleep because for some reason, I never feel like meditating in the morning. The Soulful Sleep meditation helps me go to bed with the right mindset and mood. I love listening to it!

Calm narration

I think the best part about this audiobook is the narration. The music flows perfectly in the background and the affirmations you're told are very helpful and will 100% make you feel very happy in the moment, which is exactly what I needed! This is a great meditation script.

Reduce stress and anxiety

I suffer heavily from work anxiety and this audiobook has helped me lift some weight off my shoulders. I don't listen to it everyday, but when I do, I feel very light and reassured that I'm on the right path.

Energy booster

I feel my energy going up after each listen. I think it has to do with what is being said. It triggers a response in me like I've never felt before. Really good stuff here.

Only 10-Minutes

If you have only 10-minutes to spare, I highly recommend giving this a listen in the morning before doing anything else. I mostly listen to the meditation for focus as it reminds me of my potential to be fully focused on the work I do. Since I'm working from home, this has been a game-changer for me. I no longer fall victim to the distractions around me.

Mini naps

The narration and music is so soothing that I can't help but fall asleep. I'm not sure if that's a bad thing or a good thing, but these meditations sure do relax me!

For Busy People

For Busy People

This is definitely for busy people like me. I do the afternoon sessions during my lunch break in my car, and it's amazing. It's only around 6-7 minutes but it gives me energy to conquer the rest of my day.

Beautiful production

The most important thing for me in meditation is the music that is being used. If the music is bad, I won't listen. This is not the case here. The quality was top-notch!

Extremely helpful

This audiobook has changed my mindset when it comes to work. The breathing exercises in the beginning release a lot of tension that I've been holding on to. The affirmations near the end are powerful and they really dug deep with the discomfort I've been feeling recently. This is an essential for anybody working long hours during this pandemic.
