Mental Toughness
If you want to build mental toughness to conquer the challenges in your everyday work or personal life, I highly recommend picking up this book. Few things I wish there was more of: At times, I wish the meditations went on for a bit longer. 30 min is too short for me personally. After this meditation, I still sit for another 30 min to really soak in the new emotions and thoughts. Other than that, this audiobook has been an excellent experience.

Super cool collection!
I was not expecting for Shivani to come up with a bundle like this, but I have to say, I'm happy she did. I got access to some of the audios and they are amazing! The 10-Minute Mindfulness Challenge really resonates with me at the moment. When the time is right, I'll try out the other two as well. :)
