Dr. Chris Winter has a great explanation for using the wind down routines. Limiting exposure to light in the morning and evening and the differences it causes to our natural sleep rhythms..

I liked the do able and direct suggestions shared to promote sleep.

Quick and easy tips to healthy sleep hygiene routines. Good work by Alexandra Hayes. I could probably use this short audio book for a quick reference either for ideas or when losing track to follow good sleep hygiene routine. Well narrated by Matthew Kwiencinski.
