these sounds are good for me
I can easily enter a very deep meditative state, I use them both to meditate and to sleep
nothing to say, the more the sounds are simple and smooth the more you have the possibility to enter a hypnotic state, there are no particular secrets, meditation takes time and the willingness to detach from your ego.

Relaxing Nature Sounds set
Great for sleeping! We now have recently added to our collection and love settling in at night to nature sounds. My wife thinks he sleeps better and I know I fall asleep in minutes...and miss all the good sounds. ;-) I do sleep well and wake up feeling ready for the day.

Relaxing Nature Sounds for Meditation

Great for yoga and meditation in relaxing sound

Wonderful sound for relax
Patients typically have psoriasis or eczema and come for treatment that is quite long term and time consuming. Many of them are hoping for a quick fix but there isn’t one for their conditions. This sound is perfect to create a relaxing environment.

Relaxing and helps me to fall asleep
Guitar and nature sounds lulled me to sleep gently. I am with stage cancer so sleep is important. All of the music in this set are soothing. Highly recommend them. Great product at an affordable price.
