Deep, in the best way.
I loved this book, listening to it made me think a lot about things that I needed to think about and had been avoiding. I think it is an important piece that is definitely worth the time and money. He makes a lot of good points and brings you to a place where you will remember to value yourself and slow down. I recommend this book to anyone at any stage in life.

Healing and serving
This Young Pueblo has been key for me as I dive into my elements of wellness. My intention is to feel good more than I don’t and I’m so grateful I listened to this book at this particular time. Inward reminds us how we could stay in our power! Highly recommend having this audiobook on hand. I listen to it while driving, sleeping, anytime I feel like I need to regulate my nervous system.
